All programs start on a Monday and consist of two months of training!
Progressions are made in the programs so it is not the same for two months.
You'll get access to my App with the program you buy. It gives you videos of exercises, with explanations for the performance. You can follow your development in repetitions, strength, etc. There will be a calendar with reminders for the workouts. They can be moved to others days so they fit into your calendar, but you cannot delete them.

Back, Stronger & Bigger
A full program for your upper back includes your traps, lats, back shoulder, and mid-back.
The program is for two sessions per week, but you can add a third day if needed.
Give your quads a perfect workout that will make you look week for the next day or two. If you want to add volume, strength, and power this is the program for you.

Chest, Stronger & Bigger
Develop your chest with this program.
2 sessions per week, so work really great if you are doing a split program or can also work with a full-body program, where you can use the 3 sessions for a creative day for chest.
Hamstrings are often not prioritized as much as quads, so this program will give some a solid workout for them and can easily be added to your other daily training.
Consist of 2 sessions per week.
Legs, Calf & Ankles
How often have you trained your calf and ankles?
Properly not as often and as much as you should do. This is a program that can be added into your ongoing programs or just for itself, maybe on a rest-day if it doesn't interfere with your other training days.
