Cancellation needs to be done 24 hours before the planned consultation. Cancellation later or absence results in fees charged 65 EUR. for consultations 60 minutes and 40 EUR. for consultations 30 minutes. A home visit of 30-60 minutes will result in a full charge. Absence or cancellation of classes results in loss of session.

The clinic is a private clinic and that means you do not need a referral from the doctor to get treatment. You can't get a subsidy from the public sector.
