Every weight loss option is based on guides, recommendations, changes in current eating habits, with weekly follow-ups. 

 

You'll not get a meal plan and you do not need to measure all of your intake (there will be some measurement, but that's more to find the basic).

Getting started.
You'll get access to my online App, with a direct message system. The App syncs with MFP, so I can follow your intake if you want to use this. 1# option runs for one month and will give you 2 x 30 minutes skype sessions with me as your coach, where we can talk about your health and unhealthy habits and how to get better at choosing the 'right' food. We will together find 2-3 habits that you wanna change in the following month. Furthermore, you'll get information on how to adjust your diet, plan ahead and
